HEALTH​ - Encouraging our staff and volunteers in their personal and spiritual health so we may minister out of a consistent and growing relationship with Christ and His followers.
 
THE NEXT KID​ - Developing innovative approaches to reach uncommitted, disinterested young people around the world​.

- After meeting with a staff person we would love for you to take time to pray and confirm that Young Life leadership is where you are being called!
3. FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND SET-UP AN INTERVIEW
- Reach out to the staff person you met with to schedule an official interview before continuing the onboarding process
